I had some drywall in the bathroom that needed to be fixed. Quick fix i thought, turns out out it was more then I expected. Luckily for me Kris shows up from Pollard Industries and could tell instantly we had I roof leak. I would have never guessed. Sure enough our vent was damaged from a tree and allowing water to come right in. Kris handled it quickly and professionally making sure I understood and was happy about what was happening and the bid and final cost was perfect. Highly recommend!
