Cleaning is scheduled a few weeks out per my request. However, Polly was super quick and efficient with her communication and price transparency. Based on other reviews, I'm excited to see the finished product and can report back later. However, I'm closing out this project and want to give 5 stars upfront just for the ease of coordination.

Very reliable and they clean very well- they even move furniture to get under surfaces. We have had them for years and recommend them to everyone! Best cleaners on the north shore by far!

We had our first deep clean today and the team did a great job! The house looks beautiful, smells great. My 6-year-old told me “mom the cleaners did a great job!”. Communication with the company is quick and easy. I’m really happy we went Polly’s!

First of all we were impressed with Polly’s Cleaning Service informative helpful website. I spoke with Anna and Roberto, the owners of the business who project managed and quoted the job. Friendly expert professionals. They kept in great with us before during and after the project. The price was fair and the cleanup was absolutely extraordinary. They arrived on time, were pleasant to work with, and our condo which we have just moved into benefited from a deep cleaning. The bathrooms, mirrors, windows, floors, woodwork, cabinets, drawers, fan and heating vents, light fixtures, counters, even the oven interior looked like new when they were finished. We intend to have them clean our condo monthly on a regular basis. We were impressed and you will be too!

The two people that cleaned the house were very nice, thorough and very detailed. It was one of the best cleaning services that I have ever had in the 30 years I've owned my house. My home had a very nice pleasant smell when they were finished. I loved it!!
