Promptly called and set up an appointment. Provided service at appt. time. Checked every thing. Satisfied with work even though they needed to return for one little thing. Return a couple of hours later, seemed to know what the problem was, fixed the problem and were out of here in approx. 5 minutes. I would certainly use their service again.
