Don't bother calling them for any type of repairs, the tech didn't even bring any tools in with him...not even a simple multimeter. All the tech wanted to do was replace the unit instead of repair it. I ordered the 2 sequencers and both limit switches. I inspected both elements and both had continuity and looked new. Parts will arrive in a couple of days and I'll just repair it myself...

Nathan Pol and his crew were fabulous! He is the only contractor who contacted me and left a message. He came out the very next day gave me an estimate and we talked about how the job was to be done. Nathan obviously knows his business. I'm very picky about how things are done at my house. Nathan is very picky how his workers do the job. That's why we got along so well together. He gave me an excellent price, and even threw in a couple of extra requirements that I had at no extra charge. He was able to do the job 2 days later. The guys called me ahead of time, and we talked about how the job was going to be done before they started. They had all the right equipment with them and when they were finished, they even swept my driveway! I could not have done as good a job myself. What a gem of a company! It's impossible for me to write a review expressing my happiness with their work. I will definitely call Nathan to work on my HAVC system whether it's for just a checkup or to have a total replacement. I used to have about 4 to 6 in of insulation in my attic. Now I have 24! What an improvement this is going to be to my heating bill this winter. A special thanks to Michael, Justin, and Bryan who did the work. Michael and Justin installed my heat/air unit and they were quick and efficient and didn't mind my playful pup! Nathan walked me through my options and was very helpful! And Kelly was very easy to communicate with!

I searched on Home Adviser for an AC company to install a new HVAC unit. Out of about five I inquired about, Kelly (Pol's) called me within minutes. After I decided just before the weekend to go with them, Nathan said he could install the entire split system on the following Monday. I was unable until Friday. On Friday, he showed up right around the time he said and by that afternoon I had a 3à ½ ton Trane fired up and running like a high powered sewing machine. My newly purchased house hasn't seen this well of cooling efficiency in many years.
