Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
I really enjoyed working with Jill and Frank to extend my concrete patio. In addition to extending my patio, I requested they placed two footers in the event I decide to build a covered roof section over part of my patio. Jill was awesome in answering my questions, maintaining communication with me and always responding to my calls or emails. I would not hesitate working with them again and would recommend them to anyone who has concrete needs.

The work we had done was excellent. They were always on time and very professional. Frank the owner was always onsite to help with and oversee the project. His wife Jill was in constant communication with us as well. We are very satisfied with the final project and would definitely recommend this company to .everyone.

They were not very clear on the process and how long it would take on when they would come out and then finish the job. It is still uneven and they say they can't fix it.

I would highly recommend Jill & Frank Owens. Our concrete steps are not quite finished but I love them already. Concrete will have to cure for 30 days before the final process but I have no doubt that they will exceed my expectations.

I worked with Frank and Jill Owings to schedule and complete this project. Unfortunately, due to poor planning and follow through on my part, the full vision of this project has not come to fruition. My HOA has not been responsive in approving the work to be done and I haven't been adamant with pushing the project for a decision. Frank completed the first half of this project as planned. The damaged concrete was replaced and has a professional appearance. I have moved on to remodeling my kitchen, but I will circle back with Frank at a later date if I ever hear from my HOA architectural committee. I appreciate his flexibility.

Completed driveway extension work on time. Only problem was water doesn't drained from driveway where extension meets old driveway. The water just pools instead of draining toward the grass or bottom of driveway. The driveway is pitched inward instead of outward. Other than that pretty pleased with work..

They were very professional and were on the job as promised. Not only was the standing water problem resolved on my porch, but the "flagstone" appearance that was applied added beauty to what was ordinary concrete. I did have to call them to return for some cleanup to the house siding, but they promptly took care of the problem.
