I absolutely recommend PolyTexas to anyone who needs foundation work or simply wants an expert to come out and inspect/give a quote. I had a good feeling after one of their guys came out and had a look at my sinking foundation. My home was built in the mid-80s and half of the foundation needed serious help. I had cracks in corners of walls, doors that wouldn't shut and latch properly, a visible hump in part of my roof and even a visible slope in the floor of one of my bedrooms. They came out and fixed everything in two days. On top of that all of their employees were friendly, explained any work they were doing and even replaced my flower bed that had to be removed for part of the work. If you need foundation repair just call PolyTexas. Their work is seriously impressive.

My foundation had been repaired twice by a well-known foundation repair company. Recently, I noticed issues that indicated that my foundation had shifted again. Therefore, I requested an evaluation of my foundation by the company that had previously completed the repairs. In addition to repairing the foundation, I needed plumbing repairs under the slab. The previously used foundation company said that I needed more pilings and quoted a price. The company that I selected to complete the plumbing repairs referred me to Poly Texas Foundation Repair. The plumbing company shared my information with Mike, and he immediately contacted me Mike and Trey came to our home and spent two hours conducting a thorough evaluation of our foundation issues. They actively listened to our explanation of all the issues we were having with our home â foundation and plumbing. They explained the causation for my foundation issues, discussed how they could help to resolve the issue; as well as, shared how we could mitigate future foundation issues. (I did not experience this with my previous foundation company).Mike answered all my questions/concerns. He also provided superb customer service by being available to answer all my questions and sharing what to expect during the repair process. Mike and the plumbing company had previously worked together on other projects. Consequently, they were able to effectively coordinate the two projects into one seamless project. The day of the foundation lift, Mike and Trey were on site. The Poly Texas crew was very respectful of our property. After the lift, I could visually see the difference. Mike provided a post lift evaluation that indicated improvement in the problem areas of my home. Mike, Trey, and the crew at Poly Texas made a homeownerâ s nightmare (foundation repair) a pleasant experience as I am confident that my foundation issues have been fully addressed and resolved. I highly recommend Poly Texas for foundation repairs.

The guys at Polytexas did an excellent job for me. During the inspection, the job was explain thoroughly. They were very polite and professional. They went above and beyond. They even smelled gas from my neighbor's gas meter and told me about it. By telling me that, I was able to let my neighbor know and he had it repaired from Centerpoint that day. There was another neighbor who walked over to see the finished work and he was very impressed. Polytexas returned my calls promptly and always stayed in contact with me. I can't say enough about how Great they were. And it isn't just the owner who was professional, the whole crew who was there on the job was excellent. I was VERY happy with the results. Pricing and performance.

Our mother's home had foundation trouble. We contacted multiple companies for bids and suggestions. As you can imagine we got varied price bids. Some within norm others were total consumer extortion. Some provided good details. Others very little details. As expected the companies who provided little or no clear information were the highest priced. We were starting to feel hopeless until we researched Poly Texas. It is our practice to research potential contractors for customer complaints. We found no dissatisfied customers (one of the key component for our decision). In my opinion, satisfied customers are good indicators that a company has an experienced and outstanding management team with two main truths: (a) they perform jobs that exceed standards and (b) fulfill the customer's expectations. The reviews provided an advanced image of the owner/company and the lack of complaints provided a positive perspective. These facts propelled Poly Texas to the top of our list. Throughout our initial consultation, Mike provided a clear root cause analysis for the foundation issues. We instantly felt confident his company would be best for our job because Mike was exceptionally knowledgeable and honest regarding his craft and the job. His genuine concern for a job well done and professional and personable customer-centric approach were bonuses. After our consultation and evaluation, he delivered color coded and easy to understand detailed sketches which outlined the problem areas and the work needed to correct the problem with a cost analysis. He then followed up and was readily available to discuss any concerns. We scheduled the job. He and his crew arrived timely and prepared. Mike and his crew were respectful to our mom’s home and performed the job in an efficient, orderly, and clean manner. Mike was engaging and patient with our questions during the process. The job was performed exceptionally with minimal tile and carpet interference. Mike and his team are constant professionals with customer fashioned values (many contractors lack this quality today). We not only got a skilled service provider but a humorous person who made the process less stressful. Thank you, Mike, for your positive and honest spirit! We wish you continued Success.

I contacted Mike @ PolyTexas concerning a cracked sidewalk against the back of my house b/c I thought my foundation might be cracked too. The other reason I contacted him was b/c my driveway has started filling with water every time it rains. In both cases, Mike told me my foundation & driveway were not near as bad as I thought. The foundation isn’t cracked; it is just the sidewalk, and I need to put some decomposed granite along the back of my house starting higher & gradually spreading it lower out toward the yard to keep the sidewalk from settling & cracking further, which will also be a proactive measure to keep the house from settling & cracking the foundation. He didn’t stop there; he also gave me great advice as to how to keep my driveway from flooding without having to redo my whole driveway, which would cost a fortune. He said I need to make sure I get a drainage specialist and make a little sidewalk that goes out toward the street & make sure a drainage specialist does it. I don’t need a sump pump or culvert or anything like that. Mike went to a lot of trouble to help me get what I need as opposed to making up things, so he could get the job like many people do these days. He even sent me a sketch of what he was talking to me about for the driveway issue & offered to explain everything to someone else that I will need to have come give me an estimate. Mike from PolyTexas went far above and beyond any expectations that I had, and he restored some faith and hope in me when it comes to having to hire someone to do home/yard repairs!!!

Mike was great - very thorough and helpful. My home had developed some tell-tale foundation issues and PolyTexas came recommended from a local respecting plumbing firm. These projects can sometimes get complicated once started and mine was no different. I felt confident that the curveballs would be handled well as Mike was on site and working on the project himself. In the end he had to change the plan slightly and ended up LESS than the initial bid (how often does that happen)? The cuts and patches and cleanup were all top notch as well

I professionally review quotes and select contractors for industrial projects. I held this firm to the same criteria I use at work. I required them to attend a kickoff meeting along with the plumber (Select Plumbing) I chose to work with them. I set up safety and communication expectations. I was pleased with their quotation, recommendations for repairs, and communications with myself and the plumbers. There were no safety incidents. It rained a great deal during the process of the project. I also had to suspend the project due to no fault of Polytexas. They accommodated my delay without additional cost. I am sure it inconvenienced them and their work flow. Their attitude throughout the process was to get the job done right and to my satisfaction. I was please with the execution of the project and the final outcome. I highly recommend 844-Polytex.

I was told about PTX by a friend whose boss used them on his foundation work to level and lift. I had been in the market for the past year on getting my driveway "lifted and repaired", or completely redone. Anyone who knows concrete costs will feel my pain. I knew of the poly foam industry in lifting freeway and commercial foundations, so was definitely eager to talk with them to see if a) they could help and b) that I could even afford this vs the old fashioned concrete slurry "jacking". I did not want to do jacking due to more weight. We already had mini lakes when it rained and water racing to back of house due to uneven grade. Mike came out with his helper for our first meeting. Very nice, respectful with my time and my home as my biggest investment, and took the time to explain what his process did. His enthusiasm about not just what his choice of repair process could do, but his overall genuine demeanor on wanting to produce an end result that left our home in a better way, with us being able to still afford it. Money is tight these days. It's easy to see Mr. Spohn not only enjoys what he does, he knows the ins and outs and all the mechanics and engineering and science behind it. He comes from decades of experience from back in the day long before poly foam was even available to residential use. My driveway was a basket case in many spots. Voids with so many cracks that it seemed unlikely that lifting in some spots would produce any even upward leveling. Plus with the different grade directions I needed, it was going to be hard to get a good working solution. But Mike was confident it could be done, and he worked out a plan I could both afford to invest, and one that would get me positive water flow away from our home and from standing around just causing more weight to worsen the situation. It was a week after his first visit that they came out to do the actual work, on Feb. 15th. Using his cool gadgets they mapped out the elevations, set up dial marker indicators on edges, drilled 1/2 in wide or so holes all over where they would inject the foam, and then showed me his whole "rig" set up while we waited for the materials to warm up to the perfect shooting temp (it was a "rare" cool morning in this wacky Houston winter so far). All of his enclosed custom trailer, tanks, equipment, work area all looked like it had just been cleaned out, and well organized and tidy. Once they got started it was pretty cool to see in action. He would explain through numbers needed on pitch and how injecting a "shot" here vs a full spray load there, would cause x, y, and z to start getting back to where they needed to be, and most importantly, help to fill in many of these voids lurking under my concrete. I watched heavy giant slabs rise like magic, heard the pop, as years of settling were rebounded back to their original spot. The areas near my home were soon on a positive flow to the side yard as needed, and our parking area was soon

Mike was very professional and helped me understand what all was going to take place. He calmed my anxiety over the process. He and his crew were very nice and helpful. They are work machines! They completed my job of 15 piers and raising the foundation and putting in the poly to help stabilize it all in less than two days. I would recommend these guys to my family and friends and anyone else, because they did such a great job!

Our house is a 2-story house with all bricks arounded. Compare to other bidder using 6-feet separation per pier, PolyTexas uses 4-feet separation. Mike explains us this is because the weight of brick is heavy. The project was top notch. Not only did they finish the project in good result, but they show their responsibilities to clean, to repair, to restore things to whatever were. Only minor things I knock out 1/2 point are: the bushes dig out without watering three (3) days turn into dead. Their services are not including repair mortal crack and not to re-calk expansion joints.
