"Inspecting a paint project with a spotlight is way outside of industry standards and is completely unacceptable. The one who was not professional was the client who was drunk every day we were painting. The painting project is completed and looks great. Overcharged? Really? $3.20 per square foot for a furnished and occupied home to paint the walls and ceiling is competitive. If it were not, she would not have agreed to use us. And the only person who was rude was the client. She brought in someone to help her inspect with a spotlight, then commenced to berate Arielle and did not even both to introduce the person who was yelling at my wife."
"The customer was satisfied enough to pay us in full. As for communication, well believe that we communicated with him very well. Unfortunately, the client had to be reminded multiple times about our communication. We found the door that he wanted and had it delivered, unfortunately, the door had shipping damage and was not usable. We filed a damage claim with the shipper and just before we order a new door, the client searched for a door on his own and asked us to purchase the door through an alternate supplier. So, we did. We did source all materials in a timely manner. The original door showed up when it was expected and no other materials were late on the project. Moreover, we identified 10 working days to complete his project and we did complete it within 10 working days. The only delay was having to reorder a damaged door that was outside of our control."
