Horrible experience with these guys on multiple occasions. they contracted a set price and said they would be completed on a specific date. they tried to change the price and the contract they sent gave them an additional week to complete the project and they took an entire month longer. Multiple days of no shows and caused a leak in my roof, leading to damage inside my home. This was supposed to be a home repair due to hail damage so i needed to send the itemized receipts to my insurance company, but Ponce De Leon did not provide anything besides the total price to be paid so my insurance will not accept the invoice. i have reached out 4 times to get itemized invoices with no luck. If you want a project to take 3 times longer than expected along with get damage to other aspects of your home that they were not working on, these are the guys to hire. Horrible communication throughout, his best line of all was "this is construction, you should expect this" when he was referring to how he lied about things getting done and how they would get done. If you hate your neighbor, refer him to this guy and watch them suffer.
