Water Feature Service
This company was hired to perform routine maintenance on my Koi pond. They charge $180 a month for "premium" service, and they come 2 times per month for $90 per visit.
I have on 2 occasions witnessed their technician park in front of the house, walk to the door and put on the "we visited" hang tag on the door and drive away. No service at all. What am I paying for?
I have contacted the company several times and have received a response from Melissa like "prove it", or "he was there and did the service". Well, they apparently don't have any consideration for people as I have witnessed this myself. I also have a ring camera stationed at the Koi pond that can prove that nobody was there.
Even when they do decide to "perform" the service, the tech skims the pond, checks the water level, takes a peek at the pumps, puts in some "healthy" bacteria and leaves. $90 for 5 minutes.
FInd a more reputable and reliable company that will provide you the service you pay for.

Water Feature Fountain or Waterfall Installation
In the process of repairing a leak in front of the waterfall Pond Pros of Central Florida ruined the aesthetics and functionality of the waterfall and reduced the size of the stream from the waterfall to half. The rocks/boulders were not placed back in the same position leaving big gabs between the rocks/boulders, which makes it unsecured. When I questioned how the rocks/boulders were placed I was told to get 4 or so bags of dirt to fill in the gaps. In changing the UV light unit the fitting connecting the tubing from the pump to the body of the UV unit does not line up properly but was forced in on a slant, which weakens the connection. They did not care about the quality of their work. They fixed the leak and moved the UV light unit so to them the job was completed.

"Good Afternoon (consumer name withheld per their request) We are very sorry you feel that way. Here at PondPros of Central Florida we do everything in our power to make our customers happy. We went out to your home three different times to search for the leak in your pond. We let you know we would have to move some rocks around to find leak and possibly repair then. Upon further inspection, we found a huge cypress root pressed against the BioFall separating the faceplate and liner. We had to take down the waterfall, pull the root, and repair leak. Unfortunately, Due to the state and massive negligence of your pond we advised that you would need additional work done to get the pond the way you want. Please know we are not in the business of taking advantage of any of our customers. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. Have a great weekend."
