Working with Ben and his assistant Jeremy was great. From the start Ben had a lot of ideas on how to build our screened porch and deck. Ben communicated his ideas and concerns well with us. He arrived early everyday on time and kept the work area very orderly and cleaned up at the end of the day. The job was done within the time he estimated. We were so pleased with his work we also had him replace our gutters, soffits and install 2 external doors. This project was large and Ben handled it with great professionalism. We highly recommend Pond View Construction to anybody looking for value and quality construction.

ben did an outstanding job and was done ahead of schedule. i will hire him for absolutely anything i ever need. i have been a homeowner for almost 40 years and this was the by far the best experience i have ever had with a contractor of any type.

They did a wonderful job installing two windows after removing two doors and adding another door in a different location as well as the framing and siding. It looks great. There price was very reasonable. The men were very pleasant and worked with our tight schedule. They stuck to their word as to when they would be here and we would deffinately hire them again and reccomend them to anyone!

Overall, outstanding work. Very timely and responsive. I will definitely use them for all my projects for my properties.

Good estimate - but has delayed the project twice so far. I am getting concerned that the project will not be done within the 30 day "time of the essence" time window and I will have to get another contractor involved. He was to complete the job on 4-17-09 and now he is not certain he will even start the job by 4-24-09. Just stating a concern. Will reevaluate when the work is actually completed.

They called us and came out the next day, gave us an extimate and set up time to repair. When they came they were punctual and did an outstanding job. We contracted to do some additional work but when they arrived he told us after researching he wasn't sure that was what we wanted to do and asked if he could research some more before he did the job. He was the most honest with the highest amount of intregity of any contractor we have ever done business with. We will use him again and recommend him to many

1. Professional 2. I was able to meet with Ben quickly and my expectations were met as to when I would receive an estimate for the work. 3. I was satisfied with the turnaround time to start the job and the work was completed in a timely fashion. In fact, it completed sooner than I thought and was high quality. 4. Followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work completed or if I had any additional questions/concerns with the job. **I anticipate that I will be calling Pond View again for larger jobs I have around the house and was extremely pleased (so was my wife) with the work performed.

They contacted me very soon after I submitted my request on Servicemagic. They repaired my porch roof that same day. Fantastic.
