Very professional and nice. You will need to dispose of the debris that comes out of your gutters. They will need access to a outside faucet and hose.

Dave and Jeff did a fantastic job on our two properties which have vinyl siding with some wood trim. Our houses came out unbelievably clean. Both houses had dark stains that high pressure washing would not remove. The stains are gone! Dave does not use a high-pressure wash that can damage the siding and trim. He applies a low-pressure wash using his own chemical mixture. Dave and Jeff are very careful not to damage plantings. Dave does what he says he will do, including showing up at the appointed time(s). His prices are competitive and are a bargain considering the quality of the work. Rating him a 5 in all categories doesn't cut it! I would rate him at least a 6 or 7 on a scale of 5.

DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS TO DO ANYTHING because if they do a good job, great; if not, good luck obtaining any kind of restitution! On September 3, Pond View phoned me in answer to an inquiry on HomeAdvisor about having my roof cleaned. They said they were able to come to power wash my roof and clean a small patio and the front sidewalk on Sept. 8. I questioned Dave about what they used to clean the roof because I was concerned about the environment and specifically my plantings. He assured me they used a biodegradable product and it would not harm any plantings. I paid $775 to have this work done in cash which was NO bargain. Within a day after they were here, about 80% of the herbs in my herb garden were dead. After another two days, all of the creeping phlox next to my front sidewalk was dead. I had spent 10 years babying them, and this year was the first year that they were perfect. There is another phlox in the rear of the house that was also killed. There are other plantings that sustained minimal damage. Also, the hose nozzle on my front hose is missing. There was about $200 or $300 worth of damage done to my property and the roof is still moldy and I will have to hire someone else to do the job correctly. I have tried to call Dave 4 times (and he actually answered his phone on Sept. 14) and told him about these problems. He said he would get the nozzle back to me that day and look at my plantings. I have not seen or heard from him since and he does not take my calls or answer emails. His voicemail box is full at all times so I cannot leave a message.

I got a call from Dave the same day as I posted the project on Anji. We made an appointment for him to view the job and give an estimate the following morning. He rolled in with his truck and his associate, Jeff, did his thing, and offered to do the job right then and there. I had told him that I had no available water source, so he brought his trailer with reservoir along with him. Two hours later the job was done, the deck and the fence look terrific, and they threw in a wash for a wooden walkway and my neighbor’s side of the fence too. These guys are real professionals who take great pride in their work. I even got a recommendation for the stain to use to reseal my deck ! Would recommend Pond View Pressure Washing Services to all comers!

They did a great job soft washing our vinyl siding, the trim work, the azek deck, and even the disgusting gutters that had years of dirt on them! They also treated the roof on the north side that was covered with moss. The house looks great now! I'd highly recommend Dave and his crew.

my siding was ruined by another company terrible. This company went above & beyond to try to bring my color back, They soft washed my house I never knew vinyl siding should not be power washed it ruins the vinyl. They came back a second time to ck & did more soft wash. I highly recommend these guys for anything they stand behind their word & work they take their work seriously. So everyone knows I never post reviews this one was a must.

He did the whole house and roof for what Ned gutter service was going to try to charge for just the roof (that was never serviced properly)....and he did three treatments performed a full assessment of the house. They took pictures of the work and videotaped himself cleaning the roof... this is a person that you can trust works well with everyone invoices promptly for him to get paid and does the work accordingly.

Pond View did an excellent job on my home. They communicated in a timely manner. Arrived and finished, no messes. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave and Jeff did an outstanding job power washing my house My house actually sparkled when they were done. I had a nasty hornets nest in one corner (was not occupied) and Jeff cleaned and removed it all by hand. The front ridge needed his attention also. I have to add the house is a two story colonial. Jeff removed all the black from this ridge by hand. Dave (owner) was easy to work with and made this a very positive experience. I highly recommend this company.
