Kyle did a great job. He installed a lighting fixture and repaired wiring in a bedroom. He explained everything as he went along and was very courteous. Will not hesitate to hire him again.

Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
I couldn’t be more pleased with Kyle and Ponder Electric. I have used them on two projects so far and have a third pending. Kyle takes pride in his work product and is very honest. On our most recent job he was identifying an unknown circuit, while I was already convinced we had it figured out, Kyle performed not one but TWO confirmations and then when asked, he explained how both tests could have shown an outcome I would not have anticipated. This level of diagnostic thought and thoroughness is unmatched today. Besides being a generally good guy to be around his electrical expertise is top notch and I have used SEVERAL different companies over the years. I learn something new every time Ponder Electric shows up on a job and will continue to use and refer them as a result.

Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
He came in and fixed the electrical issues, however now my stove is not working again. I feel that the price is to high. he did get my power to work just to expensive and price to high.
Response from Ponder Electric LLC
"Sir, I showed you that your stove outlet has the correct voltage of 240 volts which is what I am responsible for. I am not responsible for your stove not functioning properly, your condo was missing one phase of power due to a bad main disconnect. I installed a new disconnect and showed you the correct voltage at all appliances. however, you wanted me to also fix your garage door which was off its track, and your stove which is not working, which was not in my scope of work for what I was hired to do. I informed you that you need a garage guy to get the garage door on track and an appliance person to repair an internal issue in your oven."

Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Ponder updated/upgraded my existing electrical panel, and corrected an existing issue with my home's connection to the electrical grid. The second issue was unknown at his arrival. He still completed job within an hour of his original time estimation. I am more than satisfied with the quality of his work.

We had Kyle come several times to repair issues left by previous home owners. Not only did he get the job done, he was both friendly and efficient.
