Ponderiffic Adventures' customer service is second to none and the owner is very hands-on. I had some issues with my pond but their knowledgeable technician got my pond working beautifully again! The owner, Ed, stopped by to make sure everything was going well. I am still working with them to clean my pond and Ed has some ideas to make it even better :) If you are in need of any kind of pond service or maintenance, these are your guys! The best trade experience I've had on Home Advisor by a landslide!

Ed and his staff were very thorough and conscientious about our pond/waterfall feature-when we moved into our home we had no idea how it was put together, just how to keep it going-when it stopped working my family and I tried in vain to repair it-Ed used his knowledge and experience to figure it out, replace parts that didn’t work, clean and repair the whole system, The feature works perfectly now and is a beautiful focal point of our backyard - well worth the wait for a very busy and talented man. Great company and Great owner, Ed Brown. I would definitely use them again. I contracted Ed to rebuild a liner pond that was about 4000 gallons that was leaking and requiring a lot of maintenance. I now have a concreate pond that is about 13,000 gallons that require very little maintenance and most important the Koi love it. One of the things that I specifically liked was that Ed had no issues with making changes as the project went along. He also truly listened to you during the design phase of your pond. He wanted to make sure that the pond would meet your needs and desires as well as the KOI. Not only are you getting a great company, you are getting someone who knows about the care and handling of KOI. They are a company that is with you for the long haul. They continually follow up with you to make sure that the pond and specifically the KOI are doing well. If you want a company who are experts in their field and who truly care about the customer and the KOI then I would hire Ponderiffic Adventures and Ed Brown.

Did a great job in installing new pond equipment but killed all my koi. This was a $2000 loss because I had some prized koi and many babies. Said he didn't guarantee the safety of the fish but nothing in his contract stated that. To top that off, what he did did not fix my problem. Said for $2200 he would lay new waterfall pipes but wouldn't be sure it would fix the problem. I gave him $5000 to fix a problem he didn't fix. Now he wanted me to pay more to fix a problem that he didn't fix.

Be sure to sit and discuss needs and share ideas and review the space first...You'll Find Ed very suggestive and helpful...but he does not do electrical

For my pond, I knew where I wanted it, I knew I wanted at least 3 cascades in the waterfall, and I knew I wanted to features a large garden art my sister created. The rest, I left up to Ed and, wow, he did not disappoint. His imagination and creativity produced a stunningly beautiful pond and waterfall that exceeded my expectation. Every stone was hand-picked and placed multiple times until Ed found the perfect location that produced the most natural look or the most vibrant cascade. His attention to detail and the quality produced by his team is evident in the finished product. Simply stunning.

The response was immediete. Our fish pond was leaking. I thought we'd have to redo the whole thing. Ed and his crew fixed it in one afternoon , and at such a good price I wanted to hug him.

Ed and his crew just completed installing a pond-less waterfall and stream, flagstone edging, lights as well as trees and bushes in our back yard. We're thrilled with the results. He's an expert in creating a natural looking waterfall and works to ensure it's just what you want. He and his hardworking team are prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Ed, is a professional in every way. His artistic waterfall design here at Sun City Shadow Hills, Indio was more than we could ask for. He listened to what I dreamed of having...and then created exactly what I envisioned and more. He and His staff were wonderful and we felt his price was fair as well! Our waterfall is the first thing you see from every angle when you come in the house, from Living Room, Kitchen to Dining Room to Bedroom - seeing and hearing the sound of the waterfall stream and pond dulls the outside noise - with delightful sound in the Desert Paradise we live in - we will definately be eating outside and enjoying it forever! And, we would definitely recommend having Ponderific to create your WaterFall paradise!

Ed Brown, the owner of Ponderiffic Adventures, takes pride in his work and created out of "nothing" an attractive water feature (pond and waterfall, in my case,) for me to enjoy This was the second pond/waterfall combo that Ponderiffic Adventures created for me.-- the first one about 10 years ago at my former home and this past summer the second one at my new home. If I have questions about anything, Ed knows the answers. I would recommend Ponderiffic Adventures to anyone desiring a water feature for years of enjoyment.

This was an existing water feature that needed to have a new pump installed and the water feature basin sealed as well as recolored and sealed. I also needed all of the outdoor lighting fixed, Ed installed all new wiring and light fixtures and installed a new transformer that I had purchased. The work was done timely, they left the work site clean and orderly each day and Ed went above and beyond on the last day of the project when he groomed our artificial turf for us and everything was left looking beautiful. I would highly recommend Ed and his crew.

They arrived at the stated time and completed the job in a timely manner. Left everything in very good order. Have set up a service contract with them.
