I contacted Ponderosa because my garage door would not open. Teal Fielding arrived and quickly assessed the problem and did a review of any other issues that needed to be addressed. Teal gave me some recommendations to improve the operation of the door. I was very impressed that Teal had all of parts required and was able to complete the project the same day. Ponderosa also had previously install a my garage door opener. I found them to be very professional and extremely honest

Ponderosa Garage Doors responded to our broken garage door call on the same day and made all repairs necessary to open and close our garage. While it was a bit pricey, Jesse went above and beyond to repair our garage door springs, replaced the motor and serviced the brackets
