Juan is a prince. The end. Seriously, I'm a caregiver who received a request from our home buyer HOURS before closing. POOF got it done. Same day. No hassle. They even waited for ME to arrive with payment when I got stuck in traffic. The price was exactly what I'd hoped it would be... and the patience and professionalism were most appreciated. I'll be calling Juan again in a few weeks to discuss landscaping our new home.

Did a great job, very conscientious. Knew what to do to keep the mud from draining on the driveway. Juan know what he is doing. He is very polite and respectful. You will not go wrong if you hire him. All you have to do is explain what you want and he can do it. Juan is great and I plan on hiring him again.
