Pool Craft Company

Think of the worst experience you can have building a pool and it would be Pool Craft. The owner Jimmy Acosta is a scam artist. He will cheat you out of money as he did me and not complete the work. Pool craft did not do the electrical bonding for my pool and covered it up with concrete before it could be inspected by the county. Luckily the county caught it! They have done at least 5 that way in Cobb County and the inspection department has suspended their ability to obtain permits or get inspections because of it. Jimmy has been told the problems have to be fixed before he can proceed with any new work. The issues were discovered in August, and it is now December, and he has yet to correct any of the problems with any of the builds. He ignores texts and emails. He is a liar. Better do your due diligence before you hire this company. Most of the good reviews you find for Pool Craft are fake and your experience will quite the opposite. If you are still considering using him just ask him for names and phone numbers of past clients and once you verify they are actual clients ask to go look at his work. I wish I had done that and wish I had known what a liar he was before I signed a contract with him.

Awesome people. Awesome results. Awesome experiance. Cant say enough we love our new pool / backyard by Poocraft. All of my friends and family are using them this next year. They build our first Pool back in North Carolina, we are business owners as well (Restaurants) and we call PoolCraft even through they were here in GA. We loved the design PoolCraft did for us, Jim is a easy going individual, we are very excited to get to signed up with PoolCraft again but now here in our new Home in Georgia.

Do not hire Pool Craft, and beware of this company. Pool Craft will not complete the work, not take or return your calls, and leave you with a costly mess. Jim Acosta looks really nice when he tries to sell you a pool. He is charming, upbeat and appears to be a responsible, caring and engaged contractor, but it is all a deception. Do a thorough background check and do not pay them in advance. I regret that I was misled by the deceptive sales pitch, as well as the early signals that this is a bad pool contractor, and I should have done better research before hiring them â and not chosen them as my pool contractor. When you do an accurate background check, you will learn that the majority of his customers are very dissatisfied. Like them, I had a very bad experience with this company. At all stages of work, the quality was very bad. As soon as I made the basic planned payments, Pool Craft disappeared for several months and left me with a lot of problems. I spent a lot of money to fix some of them. I was left with no choice except to terminate the pool build agreement because Pool Craft defaulted on its obligations â despite the fact that I was very patient, flexible, and begged them to simply correct their continual poor performance. Now, just like during their work, it is necessary for me to fix a major problem which is a bad leak in the pool, which was discovered only when it was filled with water. Stay away from Pool Craft they are terrible at what they do.

Company does not pay their bills I found out when a supplier put a lien on my property. When I contacted the supplier, I found out I was one of six families in the same position. Save yourself the major headache and find someone else. Responded to my complaint at the beginning with lies. Non responsive after that for months until they found out I paid the concrete supplier directly to get the lien off my property.

I paid in full for this project and they quality of the construction is sub-par. The tiles are not straight and already popping off after a few weeks. The glass tile was installed with the wrong grout and is cracking off after 1 week. The main drain leaks and Jimmy refuses to come and work on the pool and recitify the mistake. They are total crooks. I would stay far away from them

Owner manager Jimmy returns calls rarely. site manager Elmer never answers, and no place to leave a voice mail either. Their office staff says will talk to them and get back but â ¦.., This project was signed exactly a year ago, started 3/2021 and frustrating and painfully slow process. They have collected 90% payment promptly over 6 months ago but left over with over electrical line, gas pipeline, pool, spa, equipment, lighting grading. They got our bricks mismatched, ordered and delivered and they are sitting in my backyard., to be picked up. They said the pebbles are misorderd and waiting for replacement? Now they are waiting on cement? I have been rescheduling my fence team back since Aug 2021 When I signed up, I introduced them to my neighbors and we sighed together in 2020 and itâ s almost 2022!!, we are both waiting on project completion.

HORRRIBLE! Ripoffs, disorganized, unprofessional, incompetent, liars, bad customer sersvice and they do not pay their bills, I have a lien on my property because they are crooks

Jim, his brother and their crews worked very quickly and efficiently. A couple small things needed to be fixed, more aesthetics than anything and they came back and completed the work immediately. They show up on time and we’re very respectful.

We priced many pool companies. It seemed like all they wanted to do was nickel and dime us for every little thing. Pool Craft was honest, well priced, and worked very hard. They did a phenomenal job resurfacing our pool and the owner was very patient with all of my questions. I would highly recommended this company to anyone.

Jimmy did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations. Would recommend Pool Craft to anyone looking to remodel their pool.
