Reviews
Write a ReviewCommunication is weak. You need to initiate it. But eventually they come through. There is no real project manager in that someone who really understands pool building or remodeling who can address your issues. Other than the guy who comes and picks up the checks along the way. I do like the fact that they did not require any money down and I made three installment payments after certain phases of the remodel. People need to understand that in the pool industry there is only a few subcontractors out there that all these contractors use. They all use and get the same materials from all the same places. In my remodel the tile looks pretty good but they were going to put down the wrong color of decking if I was not there or on top of it they would have been redoing it. After the chip out I question the exposed rebar and the shape of my steps. I had a friend come by and look and he suggested that I brown coat that I had to take the initiative to do because there is no real project manager to come look and help you make that decision. That Was an additional $1,800 on my side. But if you want to guarantee 5 years from now you do not have any rust coming through your plaster definitely do it. Also on the communication front when the workers do show up it is extremely difficult to communicate with the workers because nobody speaks English. Even the crew leaders speak and understand very very little. The question is am I happy with my pool. Yes but because I am a handyman and understand construction and was able to spend some time doing some extra chipping. tile cleaning cleaning up and willing to do this to make sure my pool did come out looking as good as it does. I would recommend that anybody doing a pool or remodel along the way Make sure that somebody and have it in writing in between subcontractors come out lay their eyes on it Make sure it is perfect before the next subcontractor comes.

Easy to work with, but communication could have been a bit better. We've had our pool for about 9 months and the blue in the pebble tech appears to be fading
The pool looks good, revised my review, and am waiting for the work to be finished then will add more or revise my review again.
I highly recommend Pool Innovations! We received 4 different quotes and Carmine was the only one who explained the differences in quality, surface, tile, and time line. He NEVER tried to upsell any part of the remodel. His color choices are perfection. When I forgot about an improvement, he made sure it was completed so the remodel was done on time. The crews worked everyday, and cleaned up everything. It's just great to do business with an honorable company!
We highly recommend Pool Innovations. Our old pool looks brand new. They were ahead of schedule and every interaction we had with them was beyond excellence, including their customer service. We would like to thank all of you who made our pool renovation experience stress free with a beautiful outcome.
Thanks so much for your kind words LuAnne! Enjoy the pool ?
