Was prompt at responding, his guys were professional. Got liner installed within 2 weeks. Was very happy with the prompt install and quality until I filled the pool completely and had a leak loosing an 1" of water a day(24 hrs). After 2 weeks of back and forth on responses he never addressed the issue. Got tired of waiting hired American leak detection services and they found two leaks. One hole on deep end and one tear at the stairs. After contacting for reimbursement of $300 I paid to another company to repair a brand new liner got the run around . Been over a month and not a response or reimbursement hence this rating.

I called him one day; he came out the next checking the job out. Came out sooner than projected to complete the job. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. He told us when his people would be here and his folks were right on time. They were also prompt in coming back to fill the pool.

I put a request fit help replacing a pool liner in through the internet Monday. That evening Carl called to discuss my needs. Thursday hid guys showed up were friendly and passed on tips about pool liners Anfang offered advice 'if it ever happens again' and worked quickly in the really hot sun. They took out old rusted screws and adjusted the j hook in case I chose to use it in the future. So the old pool was better off for them coming. I couldn't have done this on my own. They showed experience and professionalism.
