I had a terrible experience with a different pool company, and was recommended to Scott. Within an hour, he came over and gave me an estimate, walked me through my equipment, and even talked about my landscaping and how to maximize the cleanliness of my pool. He has years of experience and it shows in his quality. Honestly, Im not one to write reviews most of the time, but I had to praise the work of Scott and PoolMasters. 10/10 would recommend to any and all.

what i was promised was not delivered...still waiting to hear back from scott...seemed like a nice guy, but in the end has not finished what i had asked for him to do in the begining...disappionting

"I had informed customer (by text on several occasions) that i have been down sick with Bronchitis/pneumonia. It's hard to complete a job when i am down in bed sick. I have a Doctors note to prove i have been sick, Plus my top Lead Tech has been sick himself with the bad weather. Sometimes life happens, my apologies. Big note, Homeowner is not desiring to spend much on a project that takes more money to finish. Sick is Sick. (We are not even 100% sure who this is as we have/had several projects running in Burleson) We had also asked them to call a competitor to finish the job and gave a name of another company...so, what gives? who knows."

Scott returned my phone call within the hour and came to start working on my pool the very next day. He was knowledgable and was able to get my pool back in working order in 1 day. Something my previous pool company was unable to do for 3 weeks. We signed up for monthly services and have been very happy with that decision. I would recommend Pool Masters to anyone who wants to hire a reliable professionally run company.

Scott and Cindy are FANTASTIC. I have been trying to get my pool clean for 2 months and after putting so much money into it, I gave up. I work 2 jobs, about 80-85 hrs a week and did not have the time to keep working on it and went on line to find a pool person. I found one, but he told me that he could not help me because he was too busy. I guess that is a good thing in this economy, but in this economy, you should really take every customer that you can get. I called Poolmasters and Scott told me that they could start the next week. They have been to my house 2 times and the pool is CLEAR. I can see the bottom again. Thanks so much!!

Scott, was honest, prompt, and went above and beyone the call of duty. He has excellent work ethics and integrity. He has a lot of expierence in pool maintainance and repair. He salvaged a pump that was about to go out and also took my pool sweeper home to revamp it, while others have tried to sell me a new one.
