I had a great experience with John and Chris. They performed an excellent service for a fantastic price. They installed a new liner and an led light. We are over the moon with how great everything looks. I highly recommend them!

John and Chris from Pool Medics are the real deal. They are professional, courteous and do what they say they are going to do. They only deal in 27 mil li era because they want to provide a high quality job. Scheduling the project was right on the time frame they said when we first planned it. There were no hidden surprises. You can tell an expert when they Meticulously measured the pool for well over an hour. When I asked Chris about it, he explained that after measuring all the dimensions it should add up exactly the the total pool size, if not then the liner won’t fit right. I thought wow you really know your stuff. The install took 3 days - 1 day to drain the pool, 1 day for John and Chris to remove the old liner, repair the pool facing etc and install the new one, 1 day to fill the pool to the point that the new skimmer and new returns could be installed. That was it. This was the easiest, low stress, cost effective project we’ve ever done. I will continue to use Pool Medics for any of my repairs or maintenance. They great guys!

These guys are amazing! They installed a new pool heater for us....installed a new pool light for us, repiped our pool pump and are also maintaining our pool. Very pleased with their service and I would highly recommend them for any of your pool needs!! They can do it all!!

I was very pleased with the service I received this week. Jon was very responsive when planning and scheduling the plumbing repair work. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional while completing the work all at a very fair price. I would definitely hire Pool Medics again.

Jon contacted me less than 5 minutes after I submitted my request. He came out the next day and couldnâ  t have been more professional and helpful.

Jon texted me as to what time he would be here, he didn t waste any time getting busy and even answering questions that I had about various aspects of the process and even about changing to a salt water system.

Great guys, didn t try to over sell me on anything. Jon has a lot of patience and answered all of my question. If you are new to pool ownership, hire them now it will save you hundreds and a ton of time.

Job is not yet finish - by agreement. I'm not in a real hurry but he was very impressive on his first day at the site - for what he was able to fix and diagnose. Impressed so far.

I had been quoted for a whole replacement salt system $4.000. Chris found a bad spot on the circuit board and sottered it. $150 and he fixed my pool light too!! Excellent work - 2nd opinion was worth it!!

Very knowledgeable. Very responsive. Jon was willing to provide additional info when asked and was upfront with the services being provided. I have used other pool service companies and Jon was infinitely better. I know now who I will be contacting in the spring to open my pool. I would highly recommend him to other pool owners.

Very helpful, affordable, and easy. Everything was perfect!

The pool was black and full of tadpoles when they started. About a week and a half later it was crystal clear and beautiful. They turned a nightmare into a dream quicker than we thought it could have been done. I will continue to use them.

I contracted to have what is air in the pump housing corrected, it was not done. The issue still exists, this contractor was provided to me as someone who can fix that type of things. But when they came out, they indicated that they were very limited on being able to scope out pipes. So this contractor is not capable of doing that. Do not use them for that type of things. They are very very rudementary like replacing o-rings and seals and that type of thing.

John is very nice and considerate and very professional. So far with opening the pool he has done everything professional and has lived up to his word. He has also made the financial aspect of the pool opening very easy on myself being a single self supported woman . I would recommend John to anyone. Barbara J. Martin
