Including pavers, travertine, pumps, filters, salt systems, interior finish, waterline tile installation, and color changing led lights. We have been in the pool remodel and construction industry for 13 years. We pride ourselves in doing quality work at a reasonable price and in a quick manner. I worked with other people in the past It's no one like them they go beyond There contractor to make sure that the work is done at the heights Perfection and do make sure the costumer is happy even with things that has nothing with the business they provide. The experience of the team from sales to project management was impressive. They set expectations for the timeline right up front. There were a few scheduling challenges but the Pool Perfection team stood by their word and made sure everything was right. The pool is beautiful, they did a great job.

Limited scope of work just a PebbleTec resurfacing. Mostly went well, some minor communications issues when the foreman left and we were shifted to a new one. But all in all would consider them again.

Signed a new pool contract in December 2017 and NO work was started by April 2018 on a $80,000 project so my wife and I cancelled our contract and Kevin Plankey kept $6,740 for NO WORK PERFORMED.

"At the time this customer signed the initial contract, they were informed that there was a three month waiting list before we would be able to start on their project. This was a unique situation where Duke and Teco could not agree as to who was going to issue the No Conflict Order which is required during the permitting process. This was an unfortunate setback that took some time for us to get corrected with both agencies and put us behind in being able to proceed. During this time the drawings and engineering were completed and materials were ordered. When permitting was finally ready to move forward the customer wanted to cancel the contract."

After multiple quotes Pool Perfection won the job. They were not the cheapest but we were looking for quality products and workmanship. They did not disappoint. From the salesman to the excellent masons, everyone was professional and conscientious. As with any large project there were a few glitches that Kevin made right. The job had to be rushed due to family visitors coming from New Hampshire. Kevin the owner personally came out and jumped into the pool to get the pressure washing done in time to open the pool for our visitors! Kevin is very knowledgeable and accessible. The backyard pool area looks beautiful!

I hired Kevin for an extensive remodel of the pool and deck. He and his team are a head and shoulders above the rest. Every one of his workers and contractors were excellent. The quality of workmanship is excellent. This sort of work is typically very invasive and messy. Kevin and his team did an excellent job while minimizing the impact.

When given an estimate, there was no nonsense or a lot of sales pitches. just a straight forward estimate, so that's why I went with them. ( I had gotten 7 estimates all together) Plus all their positive reviews. Katrina was very patient with me since I was very indecisive on picking out the tile. She suggested a tile that looks like sea glass and I love it! The workers showed up when they said they would. (which is unusual here in Fl.!) And our pool is a pretty genic rectangle. But now it looks awesome!

Kevin and Pool Perfection are a great value for the money. They are not a budget pool service, but you get what you pay for. The owner came out personally several times to make sure all work was to my satisfaction. He never added anything to the price without me requesting it first and sometimes even went above and beyond (for example, fixing a broken ladder). The results were very professional and I constantly get compliments on my new back yard. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure to constantly communicate as the sub-contractors don't always get all messages clearly (I had to have the owner run interference a time or two). The owners will give you his personal cell number so that you can text him whenever you need. I would recommend to all my friends.

We are still in the process of the pool remodel. We hired them because they were very responsive when I called for a bid and because they had some great ideas no one else came up with to make the pool more useable. The guy who did the tile and coping was a perfectionist and it is beautiful. The pavers are almost finished and look wonderful. Warning: pavers are a very dirty process. I made a couple changes in the middle and they were great. We can't wait to get water in it. I would definitely hire them again.
