This vendor engages in deceitful business practices so this is a warning to anyone considering using him. We paid him to do an in-ground pool renovation which included replastering and tile installation. The job included brushing, vacuuming, and balancing the pool water after the plastering which was not done. Despite SGM guidelines specifically stating what has to be done the first 3 days after plastering, to include water balancing and daily brushing for the first 2 weeks, this vendor (who is SGM certified) insisted that it was not required and it was not his protocol. When we pointed out that his price included the water balancing he said that it is the homeowner's responsibility to brush and balance the pool after plastering, then he stopped responding to our messages. We had small endless pool(wave pool) by Previous owner and it didn’t work. We Had hard time to find a good swimming pool contractor to recover the pool. We found Pool pros(Pura Vida) in Angi’s and they just call us visit next day . Steven has lots of knowledge about swimming pool and all the system what we need. But he never pushes us to do more system than we need. We decided to change heater, filter(pump) and change liner after get rid of old wave pool system . His whole team is very diligent and fast . The whole team knows what they have to do right on time. They finish the job only 2-3 days. I requested the job last Friday (3/22)and today(3/27) following Wednesday my son is already in the pool in March. Pool is very warm like hot tub and every thing is perfect! Pro: they don’t push us to pay whole payment like other contractors. We paid initiation fee when we start, and paid half on the second day and we can make full payment after the job done. Very reasonable. I strongly recommend Pool Pros(Pura Vida) and will continue to work with them for pool management. Thank you~~

I am extremely happy with the service I am receiving from pool pros. Steve, what is very easy to work with and his crew did a great job repainting my pool and the lead person on the job was named Charles. He is awesome. I will recommend them to anybody.

Pool Pros did an amazing job! They were very thorough and paid close attention to every detail. Which I appreciated, they also left the job site very cleaned afterwards. They communicated throughout the whole process which made things so much better and not to mention easier. I loved their overall service and I am definitely a satisfied customer.
