Excellent service, very experienced, worth the money! I called on Friday and the technician came on Saturday, in the rain. My pool had been green pea soup for one month. The technician has made 4 visits and the pool looks excellent! Today is Wednesday. I've signed up for bi-monthly service. Please tell them "Bob in Kingwood" sent you!

I hired Pool Scouts to drain & clean my pool so that I could start the season fresh with a pool full of clear new water. Pool Scouts doesn't drain pools, instead they use chemicals to clear the water. Mine started out almost black. After two weeks they have manages to turn it into an opaque light green, but not a crystal clear blue as promised. They come by every other day and add chemicals, but the job has still not been completed. A pump-out would have been much quicker as it only takes 1/2 a day to drain my pool. But they have been steadfast on chemical treatment. My analysis: it is way too slow.
