I have been using this company for over five years and overall have been super happy until about the last year. I don?t know if they?ve changed people that are working in the office, but I have given full issues of what is wrong and they come out and either dont listen or not prepared for what I explained is wrong and not fix the problem and then when I get back to them, they don?t try to fix it right away, but put me on their list for the following week Not happening longer I have since found a new Pool company

Terrible service and not willing to make their errors right. Hire someone else.

You have sent this review before they arrived. But I do have something to say about the kindness, the helpfulness of John and elsie. They have not received any payment but helped us stop a pool catastrophe during this ice storm in Texas. They truly cared about our situation and that is why they will have our continuous support. A company with ethics, morals and compassion for those they serve. I like that.

Great customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly service technicians. Dan and Dustin performed the service and I will request them the next time I need any work done on my pool equipment.

They do a great job.

I have been very very happy with their service and would recommend them to anybody.
