Freedom Pools

I invested $23K in a full pool renovation in April 2024 and continued with Freedom Pools since Sandy, a part owner, was involved in my project ? I trusted continuity would ensure quality, but I was wrong. Over two years, I've spent $2,400+ on outside repairs to fix issues they should have handled, endured weeks with no service while still paying, and watched problems compound. Sandy did act when I raised concerns, and I held on too long hoping things would improve. The core problem: his team shows up for 8-10 minutes per visit (verified by cameras) ? not nearly enough for a large, deep pool. The work is surface-level only ? leaves and chemicals, no vacuuming, no root cause diagnosis. Today was the final straw; the fourth outside service call, another $800 to fix what routine maintenance should have caught. I could have paid the right person more from the start and avoided thousands wasted. Don't cut corners on pool maintenance. Freedom Pools may seem affordable, but inadequate service
