Pool Repairs & Replastering

So we initially we're gonna get our pool replaced back in 2019. But due to the pandemic we decided to wait and keep the money in our savings. Big mistake at the time we were quoted $19,000 for the same job we got done just recently which was well over double that amount. The pandemic really did put a price hike on literally everything. So we decided to get the pool done and started to shop around again. We did initially get a quote from Alex at PSMP when we first made the attempt back in 2019. So we revisited all the pool, repair companies and requested a quote in August and September of this year. PSMP was very competitive, and with their high ranked reviews they had online and their ratings on yelp, Google and the BBB of the eight pool repair companies we decided to go with Alex. Not to mention their pool contractors license was up to date, don't forget to check that when shopping around. We are very happy with the service and the outcome of our re-plastered/remodeled pool. I have attached a before and after picture showing the excellent work PSMP provided. If you are planning on a pool remodel, I recommend Alex/PSMP for all your pool needs and do it now before prices go even higher.

When i needed a jacuzzi heater installed, I called 6 different sets of folks to estimate the repair. PSMP was the only one where i got a live person to discuss my needs. He talked intelligently about what needed done, provided a fair price, and performed the replacement within a couple days. PSMP did a great job on the install and educated me on some other pool questions i had. Great service. No nonsense. Slam dunk.

My spa heater was not working due to the rats' damage, Even I thought it looked pretty bad. Rats were living there for a long time since we didn't use the spa for over a year. Jack came and fixed it on the spot. Only need to replace one part and he even had the used part in his truck. The total cost was only $200. Others that came prior, even suggested that the whole system has to be replaced which could cost a few thousand dollars. My spa heater is working fine now. thank you Jack for your honest, professional, and awesome service. I recommend this company highly.

I called the company to arrange for a service call because of a problem I was having with the pool circulation when the pump was running. Alex from the company gave me a call back and before he scheduled the service visit he asked me to send pictures of how my pool valves were configured. Based on that alone, he was able to diagnose the problem and give me the advice necessary to fix the issue without having to come out and without me having to pay for a service call. I very much appreciated his quick response, professionalism, and helpful advice.

Full Disclosure: We just begun the process of resurfacing our pool and replacing aged pool equipment, but so far, it's been a good experience working with Alex from PSMP. I'll just speak to what I've experienced so far. After I requested a quote for a pool renovation. Alex called to schedule a time to survey our pool. He arrived on time and help answer all of our questions. Alex sent a quote shortly after and we were surprised with the quote that we received. Kudos for being upfront with these potential charges. It was great to have a listed price of potential issues. This helped us plan our budget for the renovation and gave us the confidence to work with PSMP. So far, so good!

After talking with several family members and friends about pool replaster companies, every one of them was disappointed in their finished product. They all emphatically told us, â Do not use my guy!â I ran across someone on Facebook asking for recommendations for a pool replaster company. PSMP was mentioned and someone else chimed in saying that they are awesome so we decided to give them a call in addition to a few other companies. After meeting Alex, we had a good feeling about him and took a chance. And boy, are we glad we did!!! Alex is very knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with, highly responsive during the entire process, and he went above and beyond. PSMP did the following work for us: mini pebble, tile, coping, skimmer, plumbing, electrical, pump, filter, and pavers. Their crews were so courteous, punctual, and efficient. They really know what they are doing. Donâ t gamble with another company. PSMP does it right. We highly recommend them!

Fast and honest. They repaired my pool heater. Since I know nothing about pool heaters, they could have taken advance. Completed the work at a very reasonable price - even took some time to adjust the salt water cell.

These guys are true professionals. Alex was great to deal with over the phone & Jack is just the best. We had a serious problem with our Raypak heater & it was a partial warranty, a very frustrating situation & Jack calmly explained exactly what was happening, why it broke, fixed our issues & installed the new pool/spa heater perfectly. I have other pool maintenance & repairs to do here & I will definitely be calling Alex & Jack to do the work. Highly recommend these guys.

Jose was very professional, took time to examine all sources for possible leakage, and didn't mind all my questions while he worked. Our pool is quite old, but he determined there was no leak. I was pleased to learn that piece of information. He offered some advice on checking water levels and what a real leak looks like in a pool! He also recommended doing the bucket test in the future and gave me his card if I had any questions.
