This is a hard one to rate because initially the customer service and value blew me away, in a good way. Response time and office was great and very responsive. THEN after Bob promised that they DO NOT dump a bunch of sludge in my yard while doing a serious cleaning, I come home to find that is exactly what they did. Of course, Bob wasn't there then but he certainly was there to convince me not to hire the guy who said he'd need to make a sludge pile (at least HE was honest about it). That just really upset me because I specifically asked and was told, "No way." Maybe they do better with everyday cleanings but I will not be finding out.

Wonderful company!!!!!! The office was so friendly and helpful from the very first phone call. They made what could have been a huge headache for me very simple! I will definitely be using them exclusively for my swimming pool needs in the future!!!!

At this point, the company has not actually serviced the pool. Our agreement begins July 1. However, so far so good. The communication has been fantastic. The owner, Bob Miller answered all my questions and covered all the points of service - what will & will not be included. He inspected the pool & all its equipment. Bob told me some work my previous pool company recommended was only cosmetic & would be a waste of my money. LeeAnn, co-owner & office manager, is really on top of things. She explained billing, online payment, scheduling & routine communications.

I take care of my own pool but in rares cases I have needed help, I had yet to find a service I liked. That ended with these guys. Top notch service, smart tech and good pricing. Ill only use them from now on.

It has only been 3 weeks, but Bob Miller/Owner and Leanne have been super! Quickly found a defect in my system and corrected it through the vendor and was not even their problem. From day one has taken ownership and control of the entire pool, system, etc. All I can say is so far so good. The first impression has been great! By the way the pool looks great too!

Leann, in the office, provided a phone quote for a new pump and flow valve. The crew showed up the next day, I think, and installed the new pump in very short time. They also told us we didn't need a new flow valve, saving us that cost. The guys demonstrated the operation of the pump, labeled the flow valve, and packed up the pump packaging. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend them without reservation!

LeeAnn was so helpful throughout the process of having my pool repaired. I was having trouble getting my less than one year old Hayward Max Flo II to prime. I had hired another contractor who came out & charged me $70 for simply turning some jandy valves. Needless to say, the next morning my pump would not prime. I spoke with LeeAnn and she intructed me on what I could do to try and repair the pool without a service call , but I discovered a seal and gasket leak that needed repair. LeeAnn and was able to have the pump repaired the very next day. They even labled all of the valves for me. Great Service & price. Would recommend.

These guys were awesome. Leeann is great at setting up the service, Bob came to look at my green pool and assess the damage, then Dan came out and got my pool back to a blue color...actually bluer than it has ever been. They were great about walking me through my system and making sure everything works right. They are fair and honest, and someone I would recommend to anyone and have already!!!
