The project went exactly as outlined. There was great follow up and once the project was started it was completed very quickly with no delays from old pool surface removal, new tile install, new deck resurfacing to the new pool surface install and finish. The start up was well done and the field manager went the extra mile in insuring that I understood the operation of the pool cleaning and filtering system and what would be required to maintain it. One small draw back was that a lot of debris got into the self cleaning tubes during the construction and even after flushing during start up small pieces are still (two weeks after finish) being discharged into the pool and causing cleaning heads to stick. I am confident that if it continues to be a problem that the field manager will get it fixed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work, service and quality of the pool.

The work ended up being quite nice. However, I didn't feel like they were interested in customer service, but rather, trying to sell me more that what we originally contracted for. They didn't include crack repair in the bid, which ended up costing me a lot more. I think that was an error in their estimating process. Bottom line is.. I almost got what I wanted, but for a lot more than I thought I was going to pay. I wouldn't work with this company again or recommend them to anyone else.

From sales to service, they kept us in contact regularly with status and instructions. They were very accommodating arriving at specific hours when we needed to be there. The crew that did the deck and pool tile were polite and kept the worksite clean and organized. The results were beautiful.

The crew that laid Travitine tile did an excellent job! However, during our pool remodel, the project manager was let go and we had to deal with some complications of completing the work. We added a Baja bench and they forgot to add the glass tile after applying Pebble Tec. So we had to wait another 30 days for the pebble tec to cure before adding the glass tile.

Tim and his crews are professional - they show when they say they're going to show, and perform the work as expected. The work is well done and delivered timely. I've had a swimming pool remodel, patio remodels, artificial turf installed, as well as multiple hardscape over the course of three separate projects. I've been quite happy with the outcome of each.

The work they did on the pool and deck was excellent. Their workers were effecient neat and polite. My main problem was communication connected to a pool light, stair rail and the new variable speed motor and its hook up. Still trying to get this problem solved. The problem was with the salesperson not being clear with the project manager
