I have no experience in pool resurfacing, but the project appeared to go well. I was very concerned about height of the pool tile, but the owner, Sal, assured me that it was set correctly as it relates to the skimmer. That said, because the pool tile is set too high, the skimmer is not completely covered by water and the flap does not work properly. In fact, Sal told me that the flap is not even needed. I completely disagree because now the water level is above the skimmer and all of the debris is left in the pool, not the skimmer. In addition, they replaced all of the travertine with the exception of the waterfall on the spa. Now I have the waterfall feature looking old when everything else is new? Add to this, they removed all of the eyeballs in the pool and said that they couldn't find replacements that fit. I was able to find them myself and replaced them at my cost. Now I have a leak outside of one of the jets in the spa and had to pay $495 for a leak detection company. They now want $395 to do the repair. I called Sal's mobile phone number and as usual, no answer. It keeps ringing and ringing. This is very irritating and I feel that A Plus Paver and Pool Remodeling should stand behind their work. I looked at the contract, which is very one sided and couldn't even find an address for the business. I thought that by using Angi's List, the contractor was vetted and I would have a great experience. This is not the case and I am very upset with the renovation.

A+ did an incredible job! The pool is beautiful. They were quick, completing the job in just 3 days. And the Fire up process was included in the price. Their price was extremely fair and they did everything they said they would do. I highly recommend A+!

Delivered everything promised on time

I am very satisfied with A+Paver and Pool. I had my pool resurfaced. I was explained the process in a simple manner. Sal took his time to explained every steps and concerns that i had. His price was fair . The work was done in a professional manner . The crew cleaned after the job was done. When I arrived home yesterday the pool was crystal blue. I am very happy that I hired them. Very responsive to questions and any concerns, putting you completely at ease and satisfied with the outcome. Crews were efficient and professional, and their work is exceptional. Our pool has never looked better, and I would recommend Sal and A+ to anyone who needs a pool renovation. You can't go wrong with this company or Sal. They are definitely A+
