Extremely disappointing experience with Pool and Spa Maintenance By James. James was rude, confrontational, and honestly one of the most unpleasant service people I?ve dealt with in a long time. From the beginning, instead of focusing on diagnosing the issue professionally, he kept repeatedly calling me trying to get information about what the previous pool company said and did. It felt less like he was trying to help and more like he was trying to build a case to avoid responsibility and lowball the situation for the warranty company. What makes this even worse is that he originally indicated he didn?t see how rats could have accessed the heater, yet somehow the claim still ended up denied afterward. The communication was inconsistent and the entire process felt dishonest and unprofessional. As a homeowner, you expect honesty, professionalism, and someone who actually advocates for the repair instead of looking for excuses or loopholes. Instead, I dealt with someone abrasive, dism
