Pooler Fence & Entry Systems

Two pallets of material sat on our back patio for 4 days. Tyler?s crew did not show up for install until day 3 of false promises. The only reason we received an update on day 1 was because my husband had to contact him asking where his crew was at. When they finally showed up on day 3, they were over an hour late. The team was not prepared with details of the job, as they had to use a translating app to ask me where our fence is supposed to go. I had to print out the very detailed drawing we supplied Tyler from the beginning because this crew did not speak English. When they were done, they left a pallet, two bags of concrete, two fence panels, and a handful of fence posts laying in our backyard to dispose of ourselves. Please save yourself from frustration and hire a more reliable company. Communication is horrible and Tyler didn?t hesitate to send us screenshots of his text convo with his crew, trying to throw them under the bus instead of accepting accountability. How awful.
