Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
We hired Poole Home Improvements to add a mudroom to our home. We paid him a 5 percent deposit to produce a formal proposal for the work. The deposit would be applied to the final cost of the build. In the following 6 months, Poole Home Improvements never came to the job site, or produced a proposal to do the work.

We had a great experience using this company to paint the exterior of our home and update our porches. The porches needed to be done in the dead of winter and they were happy to do so and the cold couldn t stop them! They respond to inquires in a timely manner and communicate the project timeline great. The workers have all been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
We hired Poole Home Improvements back in February, picked out 2 colors we wanted for the siding for our house, we signed a contract and set a date for the first week in May. Everything seemed fine, never heard from Jared Poole regarding any problems getting the colors we settled on. Then came May, the two gentlemen who came to do the work told me that they had not received the trim pieces for around the roof or the right color for the attic vents (the ones they had were white, which was not a color we chose). The two men did what they could on the siding. They addressed my concerns. They were polite, their work was good and they cleaned up just fine. A month went by, and finally, the trim for the roof and vents came in. Wrong colors, not even close. In my opinion, Jared Poole (who is the owner and orders supplies) just decided to put whatever colors onto our house, he did not even follow his own contract, which states: two colors, not four. The two men who work for Jared Poole? I would them hire again, but not if they are working for Poole Home Improvements. I got the name of this business through HomeAdvisor, which I will no longer trust or use ever again. I am giving a rating of Three stars and the only reason I am not giving it a one-star, is because of the two gentlemen who did the work, they had nothing to do with the ordering.

"Deborah, while im sorry that you weren't completely happy with your project. We signed your contract on 02.13.2020, We then had a major shut down for product due to COVID at the time you signed the contract i was told by the manufacturer that it would be 2 weeks to get your product. So come Mid april when i ordered it ( a month ahead of schedule ) and i was told it would be 2 weeks still to get product i communicated that to you, when the distributor told us that it would be delayed for the metal wrap and the dryer vent and gable vents the first thing i did was communicate that to you to give you the option to change colors or wait it out. You said let's wait it out. so when we had the product delivered and those items were still on backorder you were again given the opportunity to change the color before we started the siding. You again chose to wait it out. I texted you one evening about how it was bothering me we couldn't finish your job until we got those items, you called and we talked about it and i again offered to change the color if you wanted at no cost to you. You again said we will wait because you wanted the colors your picked so we waited for them to come in. Literally the day they were delivered doug came and picked up all the metal to get it made to your specific lengths needed and then installed it that following monday. I am sorry that you feel that it wasn't fair for your job. I also didn't think it was fair for the delays but they were beyond my control as i communicated to you several times."
