Reviews
Write a ReviewChris and Jaydee did an outstanding job communicating with us and managing/leading this large project. They answered all my questions immediately and produce great results with amazing attention to detail.
Terrible pool service and the negative reviews are definitely true /I can relate! Unfortunately, they bought out a small pool company that serviced my pool for years- I didnâ t have any problems w/them, and here comes Poolie. Started off terrible, pool looked horrible, (only three years old too) but every week they would show up at a different day, a different technician, and not seem to understand what they were doing at all. I have a saltwater pool, and they couldnâ t figure that would treat it wrong. My pool was green for two or three weeks until they could manage it again, they have no idea what theyâ re doing. My Polaris started malfunctioning and they told me I needed a new one. I took it to Leslie which fixed it for $25, it was just clogged. My control panel was left open a couple times and the settings I had on changed without my authorization. I started having issues with my pump. The manager name Eric said I need to spend $300 and have my salt Cell cleaned (even though recently cleaned) and my pump was in perfect working condition. (Guess they didnâ t see the big red flashing light). After I sent him a video, he said he needs his licensed tech to diagnose the pump- claims they r licensed but will not provide any numbers. I was very adamant that I only want a licensed Pool electrician. After reaching out to the company, bookkeeping, Eric, the â managerâ , emails, calls, with almost 0 response, they decide to reach out and say theyâ re sending a licensed tech ( I donâ t need another tech) to come diagnose my pump (even though my real licensed electrician already did this, which I told them). The tech said my salt cell was perfectly fine, but wow looky- the pump isnâ t working right. This is only diagnosed after I physically went out there and showed this guy. Again, would not provide me a license number The Tech accidentally sent me the text message he was sending to the company where he was claiming the salt cell needs to be replaced and that the customer is going through an electrician to replace the pump. I actually never said any of those things. I said I contacted Pentair to see what can be done because Pookie is clueless. This is the shadiest co. They overcharge, all the technicians leave, thereâ s a different person at your property on the wrong days, they donâ t communicate, they are not apologetic, they are hands-down a joke. Whatâ s even more funny is their techs contact me to try and work for me on the side multiple times. Shows u everything when employees speak bad about their bosses & are that desperate to chance getting reported and fired. Itâ s just been a horrible experience and I would encourage anybody to use any service other than these people Servicing a pool is not that difficult, but being professional and communicating is a must. They definitely show how much they do not care about customers. The tech they sent out as a pool â mechanicâ . Not an electrician. I see reviews stating that they are working on pumps and electrical, they are not supposed to be doing that. BEWARE.
They communicated well. Some up selling however.
I cancelled my service with them because of their shady business practices. They would send me random invoices for repairs I never requested and were never discussed with me. They continue to charge my card month after month (now 5 months after I cancelled) even though no services were provided. I was refunded by my bank after calling out their fraud, but it was still a huge inconvenience. This company is definitely not to be trusted.
Quick follow-up, great service, and great customer service. Whenever I had an issue and call them they send someone immediately
I hired them for a month of service(3 cleanings), because the salesman swore to me that he could get my pool in order without draining and scrubbing it. It was agreed that the first technician would help me remove the pool cover, which they did not and also tried to charge me for a cleaning after they showed up and just left. They have never showed up the day that they should have, besides the first time when they just left. It was also agreed upon by the original salesman that they would use a pump so the gunk at the bottom of the pool would just not be sucked into my filter and then recycled back into the pool once they left, which the last tech., who I did not request, did not even bring. So as of right now, I've only had two cleanings and simply requested a partial refund for the last, which they have ignored and have not responded back to me with! DO NOT PAY UP FRONT IF YOU DO GO WITH THEM!! Their sales team does not communicate at all with their field service team, which I believe created all these issues and confusion, but that is not my fault!!
Very professional and knowledgeable
