I got Poolmaxx at the recommendation of HomeAdvisor. The original response was quick (the following day) and at their recommendation ("You will be swimming in your pool in a couple of days" we had our entire pool filter (Jandy DEV60) and multi-port valve (Praher SM20-2) replaced on 6/11/18. The gentleman was accessible on his cell phone and polite. So far so good. Now, 10 minutes after they completed the installation, the pool waterfalls stopped working, as the pump was not pushing enough water through the system. My wife called for help (in the mean time the crew had left) and was told to backwash and start again. We repeated the cycle backwash/restart numerous time for a total time of more than an hour since; the waterfalls still keep stopping a couple of minutes after the restart. In the mean time, I noticed a leak in the pump (pump/pipe connection); there was never such leak before the new filter/valve installation, so my theory is that something came loose during the process. No big deal, probably a nut needed tightening. We called last Saturday for help; help arrived just today 6/22/18, after a second call. The waterfalls still don't work, meaning the pump is not pushing enough water through. I backwashed for 20 minutes today; still the same result: waterfalls on, then off in a couple of minutes. Not happy... UPDATE, 6/24/18 Problem with waterfalls/pump pressure solved: Return valve was inadvertently left on "Drain" (wrong) instead of "Drain/Skimmer mix" (right)! Amazingly enough, it was apparently left at the "Drain" (wrong) position from the moment the crew left after the repair till yesterday, when I noticed it (the valve is on the side, so, amazingly, neither I nor Bill Williams noticed it earlier!) Better communication would have saved a lot of time and effort on this matter. The good news is the pool circulation system is fine. (Small leak on pipe/pump connection still on, but inconsequential; I will fix it myself, it should be very simple.) All in all, and in fairness, I have to repeat my praise for Bill William's responsiveness (he made a second trip to fix the pump/pipe leak) and politeness (which I also praised in my original review) and ascribe the issues I described earlier to a communication glitch with his crew rather than systematic incompetence.

They did excellent, they were friendly, hey came out quick for the quite came back in two days to finish it was excellent.

Honest work. Not cheap but not cheaply done. Very knowledgeable and very trustworthy hard to find in the pool business I have found. They fixed me up and even liked the dogs nothing could be better!
