Be warned. Pools by Beth A.k.a. pools by Larry a.k.a. Larry Henderson, Larry Henderson Jr, and Beth Henderson. Hired hese guys in March based on the recommendation. Four months later I am $27,000 out with an in adequate in complete job. Larry Henderson is not a licensed or insured pool contractor with a legitimate business license… Or drivers license. These guys cannot pass a background check or drug screen for that matter. You can check with your local courts to find their public record. In short my experience has been horrific. The first week went well until they set my pool wrong. When I addressed it I got attitude. Guys started to not show up daily. I had to make phone calls weekly to see if they were coming. They set the pool concrete out of square… Twice. When I called to check with her insurance to make a property claim I found out that they did not have insurance as well as they did not have a legitimate business no license, no Workmen's Comp, no liability and are not a State licensed pool contractor. When confronted with us we tried to work with them since the job had already been started but I had to take over contracting and by law assume the I ability. They did not use modern tools,they did not have drivers license to rent equipment,they hired shady individuals as laborers that they paid under the table,unlicensed and unprofessional people to do the electric, the grade work and concrete. My pool walls have been rebuilt three times. My pool has been filled with water twice. My backfill contains fill dirt with no rock, making it difficult to find a concrete man who will do the concrete since the backfill was done incorrectly. My filltration System is not complete, I have missing and damaged materials that I have to rebuy.I have had to navigate and negotiate for my own electrician excavator concrete man and I have hired another pool company to finish the job that they left undone exceeding my budget by $5000. My pool my need to be dug up again if the plumbing is not adequate. Everything that these people have done they have had to do twice they have had Shanky people who didn't know what they were doing working on things that required expertise. They showed up late they left early it would not show up every day. Within four months there were two or three times where they didn't come for a week and a half to two weeks at all.I tried to work with them since I had made three installments I have paid 80% of my total price. The 50% of the pool construction that has been completed is questionable at best. The workmanship a sloppy there was no regard for my property they did not take care of their own tools and equipment. When confronted with the last installment I refuse to pay because the previous installment should've covered my concrete. I requested to sign another contract laying out the remainder of the job because we were already out so much money I refuse to give him another installment and he walked off the job. For exto
