Closed my pool in the fall and drained too much water and now my liner is ruined and has to be replaced. No chemicals were added to keep grime from building up and the jet plugs were loose. Due to the amount of water that was removed and the underground water it forced the liner to detach. I called several pool companies to come out to access and that?s what caused the problem. Now I?m stuck paying 10,000 to have a new liner replaced. I tried calling the number of this guy and it?s no longer in service. If I could sue him for ruining my pool I would!

Measurements and initial contacts went great. All reviews I read were positive and felt they would do a great job. But now I can t not get in contact with them to find out their schedule for installing new liner

Contract was signed in October 2025 and 50% (1675.00) paid for pool liner installation. Dian Lu removed brackets to install new pool liner which was to be done the next day. He was unable to install liner due to weather changes and said he would be back in May when the temperature gets hotter. He did not prepare the empty pool for winter weather or cover it as per contract. I have tried to contact him to remind him of our contract but his phones are disconnected and his website ended. I have no way of contacting him. My pool is now bending from no support and is close to collapsing.

Dian came to our house and gave us an estimate to replace our damaged pool liner and we signed a contract with him. He requested a 50% down payment which we paid and basically have not heard from him since. Multiple emails and phone calls have been sent and no response, and this is all over the time span of seven months.

Very unprofessional, Dian keeps pushing the jobs back. I got this company four different pool leads all left in shambles. One of which he disrespected a grave of someone's brother that just passed away. He will take your money and run.. Please be careful.

I am so happy with Dian and Pools and Liners Plus for the visits here to work on our filter. There was hardly any sand in the filter as it was all in our pool. Dian came here and took the filter apart until he found the problem. (I had contacted two other companies for help and they said they had no idea.) We replaced the broken parts on our brand new filter and hooked everything up except for one valve that I couldn’t get open. I called and explained the problem and he was there the same day to open the valve. I live in Racine and he comes from Hartland (that is 52 miles). I would highly recommend Pools & Liners Plus. Very good to work with, reliable, knowledgeable, and nice people who actually listen to you!

After failing to find a reliable pool service, I finally found one. Needed a pool installed. Had 2 other companies commit to the job. Neither one completed the job, bailed and never returned my calls. The crew at pools and liners plus saved the day. Not only did they take over the job without hesitation, but they also completed the job in record time and during a record natural disaster on top of it! Dian and his crew are the best. The communication is top notch. I felt like I was their only customer during the job as they kept in constant communication during the entire job. I have no negative feedback at all. Thank you again for a flawless job and look forward to doing business in the future!!

Kristen and James are the very best. Both performed way beyond expectations. Received a call back within the hour. Received a price during that call. I texted back accepting the offer about an hour later. James was at my house doing the service at 1030 the next morning. This whole process was amazing and the pricing was reasonable. . I will definitely be using them in the future.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The work was performed excellently, the service was timely and efficient, and the company is VERY professional. This is now my regular pool service company. I needed my filter sand replaced and for some reason the filter pump was not pulling water from the pool. They replaced my 15 year old pump and it still wasn't pulling water in! Dian kept an optimistic orientation and returned as promised a few days later, found and fixed some air leaks, and got the pump running again. And did not charge for the return service! After weeks of other companies ghosting me, not returning multiple calls, or saying "we don't serve your area" when they're 25 miles away, working with Pools and Liners + was a pleasure. Make this YOUR go to pool service as well; you won't regret it! Adding to what's been posted in May. This company seems to have just gone out of business with no communication. I found out from another company that when they replaced my filter sand last year they used playground sand and not filter sand. My filtration system ended up filled with gritty mud, which this company was fortunately able to fix. They also put in a new filter last year which it turns out was not needed. There is actually an air leak and my old filter was fine. They also disabled my light fixture's power in the process. I feel like there should be some way that the people who are owed money or reimbursement for poor work should have some way to be made whole.

Our liner was pretty old and kept tearing. So we finally needed a replacement. I found another company I went with before this one and they kept not showing up, having excuses why they didn?t show up etc. so I had to look again and Dee was so friendly and helpful and answered all my questions! Found this company, they replaced my pool liner beautifully!!! Will definitely use them again when I close my pool for the season!!!
