Chris was in charge of my drain and clean. He went out of his way to perform this job in an excellent manner. He called me to let me know when he was coming, kept in touch with me as to the status of my pool, was always very nice, gave me good instruction on what to do next. My pool was in awful shape before, and now it looks beautiful! Thank you, Chris!!! I would highly recommend this company!!

Despite some miscommunications with the business office, we found that the service to our pool left our pool well cared for and looking very good. We like getting a picture of the pool, especially if we are not at home. We would recommend this service.

I sent a request to Angi's list for Pools Next Door. Tyler called us right away. He came out the next day to start working on the pool. Our pool is to say the least "neglected". Tyler came to the house every day for one week to get the pool ready for us to swim. The filter also had to be replaced. He had that done within a day or two. He called us every day with updates on how the pool was coming along with pictures. Sometimes even twice a day. Tyler is very easy to get a hold of. I will recommend Pools Nextdoor to everyone I know. They are a family owned company and have very reasonable rates. We are very pleased with their service.

We never had an outdoor pool before our recent move. WeI hired Pools Next Door because, not only are they very professional and knowledgeable about pools, they were able to help us get the broken heater replaced in a very timely manner. They have taught us how to operate all the plumbing for the pool, and let us know a tirmeframe when will need more work done on the pool so we have time to make decisions on upcoming expenses and pool downtime. I highly recommend Steven Markley and his crew!

Steve sends an email stating they are coming and then a report once the work is done. Very professional. All employees are very personable and know pools! Steve is a professional and personal person with a great amount of knowledge. The gentleman (Stan), who did the work on my in-ground pool was quick and efficient and did a great job. The personal report when the work was completed is a nice touch. I recommend this service.
