Sandy agreed to repair my pool pump. It was agreed what the problem was and she could fix it. She replaced parts and even replaced the PVC plumbing. Her work did not fix the problem at all and she took her payment at left. Her parting words were she didnt know why it wasnt running... maybe if I buy a new system it would be fixed.

"The pool had not been in service for several years when we arrived. Customer told us what the pool was doing when they tried to start it. We attempted to start the pump and found numerous leaks in plumbing and pump.. I let the customer know until the leaks were fixed we couldn't know if there were other problems with the filter or the pump. We quoted the known repairs and came back and made the repairs at the agreed upon rate. I even discounted the original quote because of the numerous problems. The pump housing was warped and therefore replacing the plate did not work, it was going to be cheaper to replace the pump. I wasn't going to charge them for the replacement pump parts either. They were mad at me because I could not foresee the problems after the leaks were repaired. I tried working with them but they would not work with me."

Sandy was willing to work with our home warranty company which other pool people wouldn't take the time to do. She got them to pay for all our needed repairs. She is prompt and calls with follow up. Will continue to use her for our pool service.

Quality of service - I would have rated this a 5 but the guage used to replace the old gauge on the sand filter looks very cheap compared to the one that had beeno on there for 5 years. Customer Service: they responded the same day, scheduled the time to come and arrived and completed the job in a timely manner. Was $200.00 cheaper than other estimate that I received elsewhere
