If you want your pool taken care of this company does it right and for a great price. Very polite and very accommodating on the phone. My wife was very impressed with the two guys who closed our unground pool for the season. We will hire them again and again to open and close our pool.

The replacement of our inground pool liner was very challenging with the extensive ground water and weather challenges. These guys were persistent, and got the job completed as promised. It was great doing business with TK Pools.

Horrible company. Not signing for the certified mail after leaving me with walls/mud and taking my money. Knew the concrete job was horrible/would have to be redone. I got them pictures to go after the guy/told me he was not responding to calls. Two owners stood talking to my concrete guy, knew it would have to be replaced. Would not show up, constant excuses, left the work site horrible. Never ordered stuff I paid for and admitted they did not have money to finish the job, especially after the fiasco they did in Bluffton hitting a septic line-that is where my money went. Answered 1 certified letter wanting more money. Dig was wrong, liner was not going to fit. Did not resolve ground water issue and putting up burlap bags with mud oozing around them is not the solution. Wrong diving board, wrong size lights, no ladder, cover, plus did not plumb it right so leaks everywhere. Did not answer anymore certified letters. Clearly inept
