Friendly, efficient, hard-working crew. Had to remove an epoxy coating from our pool deck and replace with SprayDeck. Got it done in 3 days. We wish we had done it sooner. No more slick and dangerous deck.

Liz did a great job with my pool! I recently moved here a few months ago and found this company to handle my pool renovation. Liz provided a list of references, which I really appreciated—especially since I saw mixed reviews online. After speaking with her previous clients, I felt confident that this company had the most knowledge and experience when it comes to working with existing pools. Poolside Concepts!!! We highly recommend. Liz listened to all of our wants and concerns. Everything we asked for was on the estimate. No surprises. She walked us through every step of the process. She took every phone call and made house visits. We couldn't even get reputable pool remodeling companies to call us back. Our pool was no small project and she took it on without hesitation.

I was very happy that Liz the owner of poolside Concepts explained the process and the timeliness of the project. The price was in line with what we expected. Everything went as planned no hard sell on her part. Gave us options that would work. The problem now is after the project was done a few weeks later, I noticed my scrubs around the corner of the house were dying. I looked behind them and found pool plaster had been deposited behind them when the plaster company cleaned out their hose from the pumper truck. I never gave permission for that. I have called Liz emailed her she will not return in anyway. I have tried my best. I am now facing DEQ citation and possible fines. This is a HZMAT violation. Not only am I forced to remove scrubs and the earth and play to have it disposed of. All she has to do is call me and give me the company that did it. Thanks Frank

I have 2.5 hours of video where Liz is saying the tile job done on my pool was the worst ever seen. No expansion joint so all the tile are popping off. On video, she promises to fix it but ghosted me again for the 100th time. I have been overly nice for 6 years and heard every excuse Liz has. Well, I can not do anything due to 5 years. But, if you have been treated by Liz as I have please call Ed White Attoeney at Law. Phone number is 405-810-8188. I have 2.5 hours of Liz telling tales and making promises she never followed through with. If you have any idea about using her company, call me at 405-313-0069 and I will show you the damage she and her company caused me. 4 other pool companies have said, on video, that the workmanship was the worst they have ever seen. I will let you see where she tells me that the tile job was the worst she had seen. Then make me promises about getting a crew out to fix it. The tile crew didn't put an expansion joint in so all my tile is popping off.

There’s not much that I can say positive about Poolside Concept, Inc. Liz the owner, she uses sub-contractors for every part of the re-model of pools. The tile crew chipped off the 3X3 tile we were keeping in place and said nothing to us before doing it. These tile lined the front top lip of the stairs and benches in the pool. I believe that lack of communication was the problem in this case as well. Then the tile crew was supposed to remove all and replace the caulking that seals the top of the wall tile to the coping. They left numerous voids in the sealant as well as a 12” long section that they didn’t even try to tool in place. Poolside Concepts were aware of the problem with the tile, for three weeks before they installed the new plaster. They just neglected to take care of the problem. The plaster crew cut off a pipe that had a cap on it and did not install a new cap, they simply filled it with plaster. Also, that pipe has black around the outer side of the pipe which looks

Poolside Concepts gave us the pool of our dreams! I didn't even think our new pool was possible. Our original pool, built in the early 60s, had seen its better days. Liz came in and listened to what we wanted. Told us about the features she likes to incorporate into her clients' pools. All i can say is, wow, wow, wow! Ask her about sun deck, bubbler, ceramic inlays, etc. We have the most amazing pool now, and Poolside Concepts did it all on time (despite monsoon-like rain) and on budget. I will be using Liz and Poolside Concepts for ANYTHING else I want\need done to my pool. I won't let anyone else touch it!

Trustworthy and wasted no time.

They did great work. The owner was very polite and informative. Kept me up-to-date with what was going on.

Very thorough explanation of procedure and what would be included in resurfacing my pool. Gave several more options on start time and surfaces to choose from. Price was right also.

Liz, the owner, was very professional. Work started when promised. The three brothers who did the tile and coping were excellent. Whoever applied the Deck O Seal probably didnt know what they were doing, and it looked awful. Liz made sure they took it out and reapplied, and it looked much better. I actually started noticing some problems with the plaster within a few weeks- streaks and staining. Liz made sure the plasterer came out and looked at the problem. No one knew what caused the problem, but Liz took care of it. The pool was re-plastered with all the steps necessary for the process. The pool looks great. I highly recommend Poolside Concepts

The final result is excellent. The only problem was several delays in getting work. Started job in May. The crew would work for a few hours then I would not see them for a week or two. Final finished on September 30th with the exception of a few minor things that needed to be fixed. Delays were due to a crew no longer used.

Special attention from owner (Liz) throughout the renovation of the pool.. Coping, Tile and Plaster..looks better now than it did 15 years ago..POOLSIDE CONCEPTS RULES!!

I was delighted with Pool Concepts. I had a fairly small job to do and was treated as if I were spending a million bucks, from first introduction to filling the pool. We even have a pair of ducks that visit every night! Can t wait to swim.

Met with Liz twice. She gave me a quote and the work started the next day. My pool was in bad shape. They are not completed yet, but so far I think we will almost have a new pool. It is looking good. Randy P.
