Derek was great at communicating costs, scheduling, and answering any questions we had, right off the bat with the first phone call. They were even able to accommodate us with a next day appointment! Derek let us know when they were on the way and arrived punctually. His crew were friendly and family service oriented. They took the time to explain the process and what they were doing for us. Finally, once their work was done, they took the time to explain the pump and filter operations to us. We will be calling them for any pool maintenance or service work in the future and would highly recommend them for anyone with a pool.

They were super responsive, came same day. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they were giving me pointers and teaching me as they opened (by my request) as I wanted to know about pool opening. I'm going to hire them again for closing so they can teach me as well!

I was introduced to Pool Pros through a home inspection process. These guys were super helpful, guiding us novice pool owners. We had them replace the pool cap and install a new pool filter. Both projects were completed timely and the pool cap looks fantastic! Lastly, they offered several tips and suggestions for new pool owners that meant a ton to us to have a great pool season. Huge thank you to these guys!!

I sent a message with an inquiry on Sunday night and got a call/text first thing Monday morning. They schedule me right away but let me know about an earlier opening and came Tuesday. They worked through our weird pool setup and got the pump started, gave us instructions on how to care for the pool, and told us what chemicals we should get that would last us the whole season. They were kind and knowledgeable and they even came back a few days later to help some more. Highly recommend! Duane and Derrick are great!

We have had such a great experience working with this company. They have opened and closed our pool for us and have always been reliable, professional, and easy to work with. They also helped us replace our pool pump and took the time to explain everything and make sure it was done right it’s hard to find honest dependable people these days and we truly appreciate their hard work and quick responses whenever we’ve needed them highly recommend them for any pool needs!
