"Gave fair market price for the part and service call. Did additional work that was not part of what we were called out for at no charge. Completed job on 10/24 and still have not gotten paid as of 11/15 after many attempts to contact the home owner. Home owner did finally respond to us and pay the bill on 11-26-07."
