Pop-A-Lock

"As you can see from this disturbed ladies grammar and ridiculous comments that this rating is frivolous. Regardless, all should know that we warranty workmanship and take all customer concerns seriously. The facts of this customer interaction are as follows: Customer provided lock to install on December 7th, 2019. Six months later, as you can see from the date of this review, she said the door wasn't locking. We explained to her that we warranty workmanship. If the lock isn't working due to misuse, forced manipulation or some other problem from the part she provided, we could not be held liable. We told the customer that there would be a $65 trip charge if in fact the problem was caused by something other than our install. She refused to be receptive to any compromise. As far as her later comments, she makes no sense at all and it's completely untrue. Who would let someone leave with an extra $50 dollars and not say something until six months later?"
