Project was not even an emergency and Pop-A-Lock responded immediately. Sent a pricing of rates ahead of time, that were reasonable. Repaired a Baldwin double entry door lockset, completely apart and back together in an hour. Works like new.

Doing business with Pop-A-Lock was a great experience. - I highly recommend. They called almost immediately to set up the appointment which was not an emergency and very accommodating with my schedule. Leo was pleasant, worked very hard to find a lock that matched the colors of other knobs in the room and was quick and efficient.

Repair and rebuild of my Baldwin double door lock set was not even an emergency, yet Pop-A-Lock was the first to respond. Their e-mail included a summary of reasonable rates. Soon after Leo arrived and took both sides of the lock apart, he showed me the broken parts and had it repaired and back together and now works like new.

I had 8 locks re-keyed in a new home that I just purchased. The locksmith who came to my house was very nice, and though he arrived late, he did call first to let me know. The job took longer than I expected, several hours, and cost about $40 more than I had been quote on the phone, despite the fact that I had fewer locks to re-key than I had originally thought. The new keys do all work well in all of my exterior doors. I would hire Pop-A-Lock again.
