Mr. Sorrell is incredibly attentive to what the customer wants. Customer satisfaction is a priority for him. He was very quick to address all my concerns & would continuously update me on the status of the project. Overall, my wife & I are extremely satisfied with his work. We already have other projects in mind as soon as we have the budget.

It was very good working with him, if I had any questions he answered them right away. The customer service he provided me was incredible, he met me at the store to go over materials and stuff needed, he provided the differences in stain, the different materials available; it was a good experience over all.
