JL Drywall responded after hours and gave me a quote the next morning! Very responsive and awesome follow thru. Job was completed as quoted and on time. Going to recommend them to my Bathroom installer who -by the way doesn’t do “Drywall” even when they quoted knocking down a pony wall!! Would recommend John to anyone who needs Drywall done right!

John did an outstanding job removing popcorn from the ceilings and painting the kitchen, den, living room, and dining room. I specifically wanted to match the knock down on the walls and ceiling in the rest of my house from a different contractor. John matched the knockdown in the rest of the house perfectly. The walls and ceiling are beautiful!

John is truly an artist in his trade! He removed the popcorn from our ceilings, fixed any flaws in the drywall and tape, retextured with orange peel, primed and painted. It looks absolutely amazing! In addition, he went out of his way to fix some nail pops on the walls and the mess of drywall from a previous do it yourself. Thank you for covering everything and cleaning up. You made this so easy; I only regret not doing it years ago.

John has been the best subcontractor I’ve had on my renovation, hands down. His drywall work is beautiful, detailed, and incredibly clean. He installed new drywall with a Level 4 finish, skim coated over the existing orange peel so the whole house is perfectly smooth, built gorgeous curved arches, and did excellent detail work around the recessed TV and sleek drywall air registers. It’s honestly the highest quality drywall work I’ve seen in Pensacola. His painting is excellent, and he is extremely clean and careful in the way he works. Everything was done neatly, professionally, and with a lot of care and pride. He’s also been incredibly helpful, responsive, and generous with his time, even stopping by for touch-ups. I really can’t recommend him highly enough. Amazing work and a great person to have on your project.

We have used J L Drywall & Construction several times for wall board work and painting. John is very honest and good at what he’s doing. He does a very good job and is efficient, including cleaning up after himself very well. He’s dependable and does what he says he’s going to do. We look forward to working with him for several years to come.
