This is a very well organized business. Online communication and record keeping is a major factor. Meetings will begin in May and construction will begin in July. At that point I will have a better feel for things but at this point I am optimistic.

We would highly recommend Property ReVision to anyone looking for a home renovation--large or small. We worked with them for our recent basement renovation and are so happy with the results. Jason, our project manager, was a great communicator and very professional. They worked within our budget and were flexible when we wanted to do parts of the project ourselves. Their on-staff carpenters were particularly friendly and great to work with. All of their staff and subs were more than happy to follow COVID safety precautions while doing work in our home.

I'm in love with my new kitchen! The folks at Property ReVision worked with my budget and what I wanted. Paul kept me quite informed as to what was going on and was apologetic if things were delayed. The price I was quoted was the final price I paid, which I understand may not be the case with other contractors. I now have a kitchen that I'm proud to show off and love to be in! I will certainly use them again if I ever need major work done on another room!

I have remodeled my Kitchen and Bathroom with Property Revision. Paul Schuessler and Brittany Oâ Connor were amazing. I never felt any pressure. We felt like a team working together to make it an enjoyable experience. No conflict or change order was an issue. All issues were worked through with calm experience. I never felt any frustration. Paul was fantastic to go the extra mile with additional work needed, like trimming off a window, door and replacing lights. He made sure the cabinets and counter tops were perfect. Brittany also was fantastic with and wonderful help to pick out the look I desired. She guided me through different designs, picking in the end one I love. Sometimes communication with remodels is a problem, but not here. Courteous, always calling to say when coming over and always available on phone to help with my different ideas! Everyone at Property Revision was super...from the carpenters to the electrician to the plumber, to the finisher and especially Amber the designer!!! I would hire them in a second if/when I need anything else done. They were on time, very nice, and easy to work with. We made a lot of changes and Property Revision was on it...The prices were up front and on par.

Couldn't be happier with our experience. From the the initial consultation/design to the final finishing being installed, we were blown away by their service and communication. Throughout the process, my wife and I were able to communicate any decision or changes we thought of without complaint, and were in constant communication with the construction teams during the project. It was nice getting consistent updates throughout so we were up to speed on the progress. I would highly recommend them for any home remodel project, and will use them for any future work we decide to have done.

I had many contractors in to look at my basement idea, however no one was willing to work with both my budget and visions like Jason and Kesler at Property Revision. Jason was consistently managing my project, and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The result was a beautiful new living space and recreational area.

Jason and his team just finished our house remodel project. It began late last year with a remodel of three bedrooms and a half bath. When they were done, we had no choice but make the rest of the house look as good as the bedrooms. So we almost immediately had Property Revision begin the complete remodel of our kitchen, living room and family room. This included a complete demo, removal of a lid bearing wall, and multiple layers of old flooring. They were originally scheduled for 8-10 weeks and completed the entire project in 6 and a half weeks. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about their trades. And their craftsmanship was some of the beat I have ever seen! To be clear, there was no surface in our entire house that they did not touch over a 4 month period of time. Would gladly work with them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone look for a remodeling of their home. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors already!!!

Jason with Property Revision is absolutely fabulous! He has gone above and beyond to make the process of finishing our basement as easy as possible. The whole property revision team takes every step to make you feel at ease. We had very little experience with home improvements, so Jason asked his designer Brittany to help us with the process. Then, as we went, he even let us make some changes as we improved upon our vision! They are by far the best team around. We interviewed several groups and Property Revision is the way to go

The owner Jason and his staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Working with them was easy and they finished within the time frame and budget they gave me at the beginning of the project. Jason was very involved with the project and he checked in with me on a regular basis to make sure everything was to our liking. Jason and team did an amazing job on my new Mancave room. We had a plan and I altered it frequently throughout the project, and Jason was patient and supportive of new ideas. He truly seems interested in doing projects that homeowners will love. He cares about the little things that make big impact, too. Jason does a great job communicating, so you’re never left wondering if someone is coming over for the day or if there are any delays. Property ReVision is hands down the best contractor I’ve ever hired—and I’ve done a lot over my many homes through the years. I’d hire Jason and team again in a heartbeat.

Property ReVision put a BEAUTIFUL front porch on our house! It completely transformed our curb appeal, and the overall function of our home. They communicate quickly and effectively, and were awesome to work with! We look forward to working with them again in the near future!

Jason and his team were great! Good communication throughout the entire project, and finished under the time line given. They remodeled my basement and added a bathroom. All of the sub-contractors were very professional and very accommodating to any special requests I had. All in all a great experience!

Revision was hired for a basement remodel project. Jason was my main contact who presented the estimate and arranged the work. As the crew was working, I pointed some things out that were not to my liking. They were very accommodating and immediately corrected the issue. There were also some change orders with the materials. Jason did a great job in communicating the price differences and made sure that these changes were properly documented. I am very satisfied with the end result.

I really liked working with the team. I could absolutely trust the work they were doing.
