Stone Restoration & Polishing
I hired this pro to refinish my marble counter tops, regrout my bathroom floor, and reset and clean ground around kitchen sink and marble counter top. They were supposed to return to finish the sides of the kitchen island as well as redo the regrouting of the bathroom which was done poorly. In addition, there were grout stains left all over the slate floors. The kitchen sink was grouted with non water-proof grout and detached from the marble. We both had personal emergencies occurring immediately after so it was not possible to return immediately after. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with them so they have the opportunity to correct what was done incorrectly but I have gotten zero response. After spending $1500.00, all things considered, I?m very dissatisfied.
