From initial contact through completed work, Robert was attentive to our choices and delivered an exceptional finished roof. We would even say he went beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

All aspects of the contract were provided as described. The proprietors were extremely personable and the workers were efficient. The job was completed in the time that was quoted and my property was left clean and inorder. I love the look of my new roof and l hope to receive many years of pleasure and security living beneath it!

Robert did an awesome job. We did not have too much flexibility in terms of time as we wanted the work completed as soon as possible. He came after hours to give us a quote. He was very reasonably priced compared to others. Robert was a thorough professional throughout and brought samples with him when he came to give us a quote. It was a big job and we had to replace all the decking too in addition to roof replacement. Work was completed within a day. They came for a few hours the next day to do a final sweep and clean up. Very satisfied. Highly recommend him.

We found Popular Roofing through HomeAdvisor. We did have several contractors call but after I spoke with Robert (Owner) on the phone and explained our needs , He seemed like he knew what he was talking about and from there set up an appointment. We did check BBB for reviews...They had an A + rating! He came to our home and we had the work set and ready to go by the end of the week. He was professional, honest, personable. Robert offered us a competitive honest price. He recommended a few great ideas that will help keep our home cool in these hot summer months here in Texas. He also offered quality materials at affordable prices! We hired him right on the spot and so Glad we Did! Popular Roofing company crew, We can not say enough good things about! These men did such a fantastic job! On time, professional, did everything we asked, covered our pool, a big plus I might add...worked from 7:30 am until dark and right away on time this next morning to finish the job. Cleaned up after themselves neatly and professionally. We explained to them we have a dog and they went around our house several times with the Magnetic nail sweep , which gave us peace of mind. They assured us they automatically do this anyway! The crew was the best we have had work on our home is years! The Roof looks amazing!!! THANK YOU!!! Workers' and materials arrived on time. Robert was on site several times during the day. All worked as a team, quickly and efficiently. Cleaned debris. Completed in one day. Extremely pleased. Would recommend.

Robert was great to work with and followed through on all tasks. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would definitely recommend him. Homeadvisor had several roofers contact me and Robert was the one that was the most professional and brought a local feel to the transaction. He came out a couple of times before I committed to anything and was willing to answer all questions and concerns. Roof looks great and his crews worked hard.
