Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Just gonna list pros and cons. Pros- friendly customer service, friendly handyman, knowledgeable handyman and did good work. Cons- priced by the hour so final price can change. Major issue was how long the job took. The handyman only work 4-5 hours per day with a lunch break and only showed up 2 times a week mostly. Had to ask he come more often as job was taking longer than expected. The job was to replace ceilings in 4 rooms paint ceilings paint dining room and kitchen remodel. Job started in June and wasn?t completed til August but it was only half completed. The kitchen and dining room among with some added work that needed to be done. Was without use of kitchen for 2 months. Another con was I had to buy all my own supplies which I knew but was a hassle. And on top of that he charged me to pickup supplies. That was a lot so in summary handyman did good work but took way to long to complete job and wasn?t reliable in keeping appointments or returning texts. Pricing was confusing but I admit to that being my fault for not understanding it better. Had to hire someone else to complete the total job and had a way better experience and job was done in 3 days. He did not come back to complete kitchen backsplash which was half done. I wouldn?t recommend them for big projects but handyman did good job on replacing ceiling with new drywall which was his specialty.
